Weeell, if you know the song you should get who she is 
Gloria from Green Day's 2009 concept album - 21st Century Breakdown.
I liked the album - even if it's not like the early ones at all.. - and the story as well. But, erm, I think I didn't get it that well... so wrote down a few lines abuot the story that's in my mind - and the characters.
'Breakdown' is the title; Gloria's the main character, but there are also some more charas from other Green Day's songs, such as Christian (obviuosly), Maria or Mary, and Jimmy.
It's a mash up I think
The story isn't really done but I've got a prologue and the end, plus some facts in the middle. I think it's destined to remain unfinished, but I fell in love with the characters and keep drawing them around....
My fav thing about her is the Zippo-like lighter she wears like a necklace. I Loooooove Zippos!!
